UltimaReviews Affiliate Program – Terms of Use

By joining the UltimaReviews Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn a 40% lifetime commission on active subscriptions referred through their affiliate link.

Commission applies to all subscription tiers (€29, €49, €99).

Payouts are made via Partnero.

A minimum payout threshold of €25 applies.

Commissions are subject to a 30 day review period to account for cancellations or refunds.

Unpaid commissions remain valid as long as you are an active affiliate.

2. Tracking & Cookies

Referrals are tracked via a unique affiliate link (?aff= parameter).

The cookie duration is 30 days. If a customer signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive credit.

If a customer clears cookies, uses a different browser/device, or clicks another affiliate link, tracking may be affected. UltimaReviews is not responsible for untracked referrals.

3. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our brand, the following are not allowed:

• Self-referrals (signing up for UltimaReviews with your own link).
• Brand bidding on keywords such as “UltimaReviews” or “ultimareviews.com” in paid ads.
• Spam tactics (unsolicited emails, link spamming in groups/forums).
• Fake couponing or listing false discount codes.
• Misleading claims about UltimaReviews’ features, pricing, or benefits.
• Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program.

4. Approval & Termination

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

5. Program Changes

UltimaReviews reserves the right to update commission rates, payout methods, or other terms of this Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
